Sponsorship
Our objective is to expose the conference delegates to the latest developments and information on operations management as well as providing you with an opportunity to market and discuss your products and services to the conference delegates. In order to facilitate this, we are planning to position the exhibition zone in the coffee break and lunch area that will maximise the interaction with conference delegates.
There are five ways you could participate in this conference:
1. Full symposium sponsors
Full Symposium sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:
Each exhibitor will be allocated an exhibition space of approximately 3m x 3m complete with power point socket, a table, two chairs, and wireless internet connection. The cost of the standard exhibitor's package is €1500. The price includes the full registration to the conference of two staff members.
Every registered person will have access to the academic sessions, planned social events, meals and coffee breaks, and will get a copy of the conference proceedings, list of participants and all other material given to the conference participants.
3. Sponsorship package
In addition to the standard package we offer the possibility to have greater exposure to the exhibitors through sponsoring one of the following events during the conference:
4. Track sponsoring
It is possible to link your organization name to a specific named track (one or two sessions on a specific subject), like service operations, transportation management, health care operations.
Sponsorship includes:
Your organization name or logo can show up on the conference usb stick or conference bag (only 1 sponsor for the bag and 1 for the usb stick is possible).

- Your organisations name featured in printed and electronic material including the website.
- Your organisations logo on the opening slide at the event and on appropriate signage at the event.
- Your organisations logo on the website with a link to your own site.
- Exhibition space at the event for you to promote your organisation (see option 2).
- A short description of your organisation included in the electronic delegate pack.
- You can supply company materials to be distributed with the conference package.
- Admission to all conference activities including the conference dinner

- Promotion of the sponsor in the conference programme under the corresponding event
- Promotion of the sponsor on the conference website under the corresponding event listing
4. Track sponsoring

- Promotion of the sponsor by a banner or sign at the session room indicating the name of the sponsor
- In case of two-session sponsorship: admission to all conference activities including the conference dinner
- Your company name will be included in the program
