Conference Fee
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED; IF YOU STILL WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER YOU CAN DO SO AT THE CONFERENCE (CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY).
The conference fee includes admission to all scientific sessions of the main conference, registration package and proceedings, conference dinner, welcome reception, social event on Monday, lunches, and refreshments. In order to benefit from the member fee, you must be a fully-paid EurOMA, POMS or JOMSA member for 2012. For those registering as non-members, the fee includes membership to EurOMA for the rest of 2012 only, not the following year.
NOTE: you will be eligible for the member fee if you have registered for one of the societies as a member by June 15, 2012. Only registrations that have been submitted by June 1st will be incorporated in the final presentation schedule.
Participation in the Spanish track is charged at an additional 50,- on top of the fees mentioned below due to higher costs incurred for this track. Please note that the Spanish track may be canceled in case of insufficient attendance.
Any company visits you wish to participate in are charged separately.

Accompanying Person's Fee
The accompanying persons fee of 150 includes the welcome reception (1 July), Social Event on Monday (2 July) and conference dinner (3 July).
Student Registration
To qualify for the PhD student rate, written proof of your PhD status is required. A letter signed by the person responsible for the PhD programme at your university or your supervisor, or a copy of your valid student ID card should be sent to the organisers at Marjolijn Roll, conference@uva.nl.
Doctoral Seminar Registration
Only accepted students can register and attend the Doctoral Seminar. Registration should be done through the conference registration page, May 22, 2012 at the latest.
The fee includes: a) participation in the Doctoral Seminar, the seminar dinner (Friday), lunches, coffee and refreshments; b) participation in the 4th World P&OM conference, including admission to all scientific sessions, the conference proceedings, lunches and coffee-breaks, welcome reception, social event on Monday and conference dinner.
Company visits
Registration for the visits should be made through the conference online registration system. The visit price will include bus transfers to and from the conference venue. Further details will be provided at a later stage.
Spanish track
Participation in the Spanish track on Sunday July 1st should be indicated through the conference online registration system. You are only eligible to present and attend in these sessions if you have registered for this track. More information will be provided in a later stage.
Cancellation
If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organization. Notification of cancellation or transfer must be given in writing to the event organizers at Marjolijn Roll (conference@uva.nl).
Cancellations made before 31 May 2012 will be charged at 100 for administrative costs.
We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellation received after 31 May 2012. The organizers reserve the right to charge for any accommodation or meals not taken.
